Cuppa partners with Jewish Care to test mobile micro-learning
share

Respected care provider Jewish Care won a Workforce Development Innovation Fund grant from Skills for Care to trial the use of Cuppa's innovative mobile micro-learning system.

The Skills for Care Workforce Development Innovation Fund is for care providers who are developing new ideas, testing and improving new ideas and bringing existing innovations to new audiences.

We plan to run a six-month pilot with approximately 80 care staff and managers at Jewish Care. We will test out the Cuppa micro-content - our Sips - with a variety of topics and formats to find out what works, for whom and why. The content will include five specially commissioned Sips, focused on priority topics identified by Jewish Care managers.
